• Delivery Conditions: Deliveries are on a first-come, first-served basis. Hours are 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. No deliveries on weekends or federal holidays (New Years Day, MLK Day, President's Day).
• Product Handling: Non-frozen perishables must be delivered between 34-40°F; frozen foods at 0°F or below. Products showing signs of prior thawing will be rejected.
• Receipt and Testing: Receipt is conditional for 3 days for examination and testing. Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within 2 weeks at their expense.
• Invoicing: Invoices must be mailed or e-mailed; faxed invoices are not accepted. Contact accounting only for payment term issues.
