• Hours: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays (observed: Jan 1, Jan 19, Feb 16, 2026).
• Failure to adhere to schedules will be considered a performance issue.
• All items must meet specifications or risk rejection and re-award.
• Deliveries must be palletized and wrapped.
• Perishable foods: 34-40 degrees F.
• Frozen foods: 0 degrees F or below.
• Receipt is conditional for 3 days for examination/testing.
• Unacceptable conditionally received items must be picked up by the vendor within 2 weeks at their expense.

• Faxed invoices are not accepted.
