Scope of Work
The FBOP intends to make a single Firm-Fixed Price award for the provision and delivery of all necessary equipment, materials, components, and incidentals. This includes:
- 165 Commercial Domestic Tankless Water Heater Units: Basis of design is Rinnai CX199i or equal. Must be new, current production models, gas-fired, condensing, indoor, rack-mounted, cascade capable, with stainless steel heat exchangers, Ultra-Low NOx compliant, AHRI certified, and ENERGY STAR compliant.
- 14 Rack Systems: Basis of design is Rinnai TRS Rack Systems or equal. These systems must include manufacturer-recommended accessories, controls, manifolds, mounting hardware, isolation valves, service valves, and communication cabling for a complete factory-assembled cascading system.
- 14 Condensate Neutralization Tanks: Basis of design is Model #103000067 or equal, properly sized for associated condensing equipment. The procurement is supply-only; installation will be performed by others. Equipment must be suitable for facility domestic hot water demand and site conditions. Delivery to the designated institution is required, along with product data, installation requirements, and warranty documentation.

Evaluation & Award

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, emphasizing that initial quotes should represent the best offer.
