The requirement is for a wide range of subsistence food items, including dairy, canned and dry beans, vegetables, fruits, cereals, spices, oils, sauces, and pasta. Deliveries must occur between July 1, 2026, and July 17, 2026, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 2 PM, excluding Federal Holidays.
Specific delivery requirements include:
- Palletization (unless otherwise arranged).
- Temperature controls: Non-frozen perishables (34-40°F), canned goods (>34°F), frozen foods (0°F or below). Products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused.
