All deliveries are FOB Destination to the Federal Correctional Complex, Oakdale, Louisiana (Food Service Warehouse), 2105 East Whatley Rd, Oakdale, LA 71463, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a typed quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, SF 1449 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION) electronically via email to bhornsby@bop.gov. Quotes must be marked with Solicitation Number 15B51826Q00000018 and include the Quoter’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) for SAM. Lack of SAM registration will result in ineligibility for award. All pricing must be firm-fixed price, inclusive of all shipping and processing costs, and valid for 30 days beyond the anticipated award date. The Government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate. Award will be based on the quotes most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price. Items not conforming to specifications will be rejected at the contractor's expense. Do not submit multiple quote requests.
