Scope of Work
The primary objective is to replace the existing non-functioning geothermal system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, and services to install three specific or mechanically similar air-cooled condenser units. Key specifications include:
- Equipment: High-efficiency, sickle-blade AC fan motors (e.g., ZIEHL-ABEGG) operating at 550 RPM, enclosed in 16-gauge galvanized steel casings. Fans must produce a maximum sound pressure level of 46 dBA at 10 meters.
- Electrical: Systems must run on 460 main power.
- Coils: High heat transfer Tube & Fin coils, factory leak-tested at 600 psig.
