The Period of Performance will be from October 01, 2025 thru September 30, 2026. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation for offers. Based on this requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive with AT&T / Bell South based upon this notice. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available. The Government anticipates an award date on or about December 17, 2025. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this notice.
