The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, MS is hereby issuing solicitation FCC YAZOO CITY - Q2 FY26 - Subsistence & Religious Diet for the acquisition of various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Yazoo City, MS. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination, full delivery must be completed by January 19th, 2026, unless deliveries is scheduled for weekly (i.e. bread, milk). The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.
