Scope of Work
The requirement is for the procurement of various canned and frozen vegetables for the Storage Area - Dry and Storage Area - Frozen at Danbury FCI. Specific items include:
- Canned Vegetables: Carrots, Corn, Green Beans, Mixed Vegetables, Peas, Spinach, Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes, and Diced Tomatoes (all in 6-#10 Cans).
- Frozen Vegetables: California Blend (by the pound) and Tater Tots (30 Pound Case). All canned vegetables must originate from crops 100% grown, processed, and packed in the United States or Canada, meeting specific U.S. Grade standards (e.g., U.S. Grade A, U.S. Fancy, U.S. Grade B, or U.S. Extra Standard) and minimum drain weights. Frozen Tater Tots must be ovenable, preformed, precooked, and institutional type.
Contract Details
