- Repairing the concrete foundation (approximately 2’ x 2’ square) with 4000 psi concrete and ½” rebar dowels.
- Reinstalling the existing locking column, anchoring it to the new concrete, and installing the chain tube and primary drive chain.
- Providing all necessary tools and rental equipment.
- All items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. "Equal or Better" product substitutions are allowed but require submission of technical documentation for government approval.
