This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to repair the powerhouse roof at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Englewood, located in Littleton, CO. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• Complete removal of approximately 12,000 sq ft of existing roofing.

• Installation of a new fully adhered TPO roofing system (approx. 11,500 sq ft over metal decking, 500 sq ft over concrete decking).

• Work includes all associated roofing components (insulation, flashings, copings, drainage, gutters, downspouts, sealants, primers, adhesives, substrate materials, penetration seals, fasteners, fiberboard, gypsum board, termination bars, sheet metal, vapor protection, walkway protection).

• The new roofing system must meet a 20-year warranty and a 100-mph wind rating, confirmed by a manufacturer's assembly letter.

• All work must comply with manufacturer's specifications, applicable codes, and project specifications (Divisions 01, 02, and 07).

• The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract.

• The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

• Performance period: 10 calendar days to begin after award, and 102 calendar days to complete.

• Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Technical acceptability and price will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation.
