Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a completed Standard Form 1449 (Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c), their price quotes in the provided Excel format (adding company name and unit prices), and a completed Contractor Information Sheet. All documents must be emailed to aaponteberrios@bop.gov and CC'd to bvirgillo@bop.gov with the subject line "15BFTD26Q00000004" (all caps). Failure to follow email instructions may result in bid rejection. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible offeror on a line-item basis. Evaluation factors include Price and Past Performance (Go/No-Go). Delivery Requirements
