This document provides award delivery information for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fiscal Year 2026, to be delivered to FCI Fort Dix.

• Deliveries are expected between January 1 to 16, 2026.

• Deliveries will be accepted Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Warehouse areas are closed on Fridays and Federal holidays.

• All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements are made.

• Items received out of date will not be accepted.

• Non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34°F and 41°F.

• Canned goods must be delivered above 34°F and not frozen.

• Frozen foods must be delivered at 0°F or below and are subject to inspection upon thawing.

• Products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused.

• Certified religious diet items must be marked with the Kosher Symbol (OU).

• All items must comply with the BOP National Menu Specifications. Contractors must obtain these specifications prior to quoting.

• Items will be closely inspected.

• Receipt of delivery is conditional for three (3) days for examination and testing.

• Items failing to meet specifications will be refused.

• Conditionally received, unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within two (2) weeks of notification, or they will be disposed of by warehouse staff.

• Billing is to be sent only after all product is accounted for.
