Scope of Work
The primary deliverable is a range of approved Passover food items, including but not limited to Continental Breakfast items, margarine, cream cheese, bologna, pastrami, eggplant parmesan, sliced fish, poached salmon, chicken soup, roast chicken, roast turkey, various vegetables and side dishes, Seder Box items, jelly cookies, brownies, coffee, and juice. All items must be approved Passover items and meet specified quantities, delivery dates, specifications, packaging, labeling, and invoicing procedures. All prices are to be FOB destination. Deliveries are expected prior to the start of Passover, specifically between February 1, 2026, and March 26, 2026, to Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Gilmer, 201 FCI LANE, Glenville, WV 26351.
