Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, specifically a subsistence requirement for FCI Leavenworth. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

• The core requirement is for subsistence products.

• Delivery is required within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Delivery Address: FCI Leavenworth, 1300 Metropolitan Ave., Leavenworth, KS 66048.

• Delivery will be Freight on Board (FOB) Destination.

• The government anticipates making MULTIPLE awards based on pricing per line item.

• Awards will be made to responsible Quoters whose quotes conform to requirements and offer the best value.

• Awards with a total value over $15,000 will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Orders.

• Awards with a total value under $15,000 will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transactions.

• Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after the solicitation close date.

• Offers are due by May 29th, 2026, 7:00 a.m. Central Time.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to Kathleen Wood, Contracting Officer (kwood1@bop.gov).

• No fax, hand-delivered, or mail-in quotes will be accepted.

• Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance.

• Past Performance evaluation includes Timeliness of Deliveries and Order Accuracy and Completeness. A "No-Go" determination in either area will disqualify an offeror.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
