Evaluations will consider past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule, with greater emphasis placed on past performance and delivery schedule. Technical and past performance combined will account for 75% of the evaluation.
Important Submission Requirements:
- Bidders must ensure their quoted quantities match the posted quantities. If case counts differ, bidders must perform calculations to match the posted quantities and also post their actual case count. Failure to do so will result in the line item bid price not being accepted.
