• Evaluation Criteria: Awards will be made to responsible Quoters whose quotes conform to requirements and offer the best value, considering:

  1. Price (fair and reasonable)
  2. Past Performance (Go/No-Go basis, evaluating timeliness of deliveries and order accuracy/completeness).

• Only Quoters receiving a "Go" rating on Past Performance will be considered for award.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• NAICS Code: 112120, with a small business size standard of 700 employees.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• This solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses by reference, including deviations.

• Delivery is Freight on Board (FOB) to FCI Otisville, 2 Mile Drive, Otisville NY 10963.
