This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services for a subsistence requirement. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBP) at FCI Ray Brook is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. • Submission instructions: Quotes must be submitted electronically to Ashley Ahern at a1ahern@bop.gov. No fax, hand-delivered, or mail-in quotes will be accepted.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• The NAICS code is 311999, with a small business size standard of 700 employees.

• Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required (FAR 52.204-7).

• All information and amendments will be posted on www.sam.gov.

• Vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates.

• The document incorporates numerous FAR provisions and clauses by reference.
