- Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance. Poor past performance may result in a vendor being considered non-responsible. Award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible quoter on a line-item basis.
- Representations & Certifications: Offerors must complete representations and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
Delivery Requirements
Deliveries are scheduled between April 1 and June 30, 2026, with various schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) to be determined with Food Service Staff.
- All deliveries must be palletized.
- Non-frozen, perishable foods: 34°F to 40°F.
- Frozen foods: 0°F or below. Products showing signs of thawing will be refused.
- Certified Religious Diet Items must be marked.
- Items will be closely inspected and may require testing. Receipt is conditional for three days. Non-compliant items will be refused and must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks or disposed of at the vendor's expense.
