FCI TALLADEGA WATER HEATERS AND STORAGE TANKS

Scope of Work

This requirement involves the supply and delivery of new equipment to replace existing units.

• Water Heaters: Three new commercial gas water heaters are needed to replace current Lochinvar CWN0497PM models. The new units must be no larger than the existing equipment, with a minimum input of 495,000 BTU/HR and a minimum output of 416,000 BTU/HR. Energy-efficient models are preferred.
• Storage Tanks: Three new storage tanks are required to replace current Lochinvar RJS120M tanks. These tanks must also be no larger than the existing equipment and hold a minimum of 119 Gallons. Non-ASME tanks may be considered.
• Delivery: Suppliers must include an estimated FOB Destination delivery time in their quotation. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.
• Award Structure: The Government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards.
• Payment: Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offer(s) whose proposal is considered most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Price will be rated higher than past performance.
• Anticipated Award Date: April 28, 2026.
