Eligibility & Qualification
Offerors must be an approved, qualified source in accordance with FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements, prior to the solicitation closing date to be considered for award. The Government will not delay contract award for pending Source Approval Requests (SARs), so early submission of SARs is strongly encouraged. Evaluation
