• Evaluation Factors:

• Offerors must complete and submit Attachment 1 (Excel versions of Tables A, B, and C) with Unit Price and Extended Price columns filled out.

• Technical Acceptability will be determined by reviewing submitted information and descriptive material.

• Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov by the quote submission deadline.
