Scope of Work

  • Haul off and dispose of old equipment at a certified recycling facility in accordance with Washington State environmental laws.
  • Install four new Lochinvar Copper-Fin II CFN1802PM natural gas water heaters (or approved equal) with the latest SMART SYSTEM control platform in a direct-vent configuration.
  • Ensure proper installation on a level, non-combustible floor with specified clearances, correct venting, and connection to natural gas and water supplies.
  • Install a flow switch and a Temperature & Pressure (T&P) relief valve.
  • Ensure 120 VAC power is available for unit operation.
  • Federal Security & Network Isolation: SMART SYSTEM controls must function autonomously; all wireless broadcasting must be physically disabled or omitted. BMS communication is restricted to hardwired RS-485 Modbus or 0-10 VDC signals.

Special Requirements & Site Visit
