Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a complete quote including a filled-out Price Schedule, Section K (Representations and Certifications), EULA/MSAs or Warranty Terms, Pre-Award SCRM Information (using Attachment J1), a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer, and a proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (if applicable). Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
