This solicitation (CORHQ-26-Q-0019) is for a 3-day in-person training on Sony Switcher and Control Panel setup, configuration, and operation. The training is required due to the complexity of a newly purchased switcher and its integration with existing AV equipment at the FDIC's Virginia Square location. The goal is to ensure FDIC employees can properly configure and utilize the new equipment.

• Training Duration: Three (3) consecutive 8-hour days.

• Location: FDIC's Virginia Square location, Arlington, VA.

• Content: Expert-level training on setup, configuration, and operation of the Sony XVS-G1 Switcher, ICP-X1116 Control Panel, and ICP-X7000 Switcher (if available).

• Deliverables: Specialized configuration of equipment, demonstration of routing capabilities, instruction for FDIC staff, reference materials, and a progress report.

• Trainer Qualifications: Expert knowledge of Sony Switcher and Control Panels, 10 years of experience as a technical director in broadcast/event production, basic networking knowledge, and comfort instructing small groups.

• Government-Furnished Property: Switcher, control panels, computers, audiovisual equipment, and cabling.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (implied by pricing schedule instructions).

• Period of Performance: Begins on the effective date and expires 60 days after award.

• Offer Due Date: January 30, 2026, by 12 p.m. local time.
