Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and materials for professional employee benefits and financial literacy training. This includes:

  • Delivering in-person training sessions at three government-specified locations: Baltimore, Norfolk, and Alameda.
  • Conducting a full-day "Federal Retirement Benefits" briefing (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM) covering FERS, CSRS, TSP, VCP, FEGLI, FEHB (Medicare), and Disability Insurance.
  • Conducting a half-day "Financial Literacy" briefing (08:00 AM - 12:30 PM) on budgeting, risk management, investing, and retirement/estate planning.
  • Each briefing will accommodate no more than 50 participants.

Key Requirements
