Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, and other non-personal services to deliver integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) Private Provider Network Client Portal (PPN-CP) for managing customer/patient services and records.
- Building and maintaining a PPN with qualified providers across four defined regions (Northeast, Midwest, South, West).
- Managing referrals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely completion of examinations and services.
- Providing a wide range of occupational health services, including audiometric testing, physical examinations, immunizations, radiology, respiratory fit testing, vision screenings, mental health evaluations, laboratory testing, and mobile outreach.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, federal privacy regulations, NIST standards, and obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) for systems.
Anticipated Contract Details
