Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a Task Order price proposal consistent with base FEDLINK contract pricing and a Task Order technical proposal (maximum 10 pages, excluding title page and table of contents). Pricing must be submitted as a separate document. Proposals may include more than one configuration. Full conformance to Attachments H-1 (Cybersecurity SOPs), H-2 (Addendum to Commercial Agreements), and H-3 (Purchase Order Clauses) is expected; any proposed exceptions must be clearly identified.
Evaluation Criteria
