The Government is seeking comments on an updated slash sheet, MIL-PRF-32383/7A, for the MIL-PRF-32383 General Performance Specification for Rechargeable Sealed Batteries. This specifically pertains to the Small Tactical Universal Battery (STUB) models BB-251X/U and BB-252X/U, covering the following NSNs:

Submission Requirements
Respondents should submit a questionnaire and comments on the draft MIL-PRF-32383/7A. Responses must include:
- Company name and CAGE code
- Technical point of contact with email and telephone number
- Comments citing exact specification reference (e.g., paragraph, table number), recommended change, and reason for the change (e.g., error correction, enhancement, cost savings).
Technical Data Access
Potential bidders requiring access to Technical Data Packages (TDPs) must follow specific instructions. Requests for TDPs must be sent to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the SSA posting date. Eligibility requires an active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP). To receive TDPs, a completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a copy of DD2345 (JCP), and CAGE verification from SAM are required. The NDA signee and JCP data custodian must be the same person. TDPs are subject to ITAR and will be uploaded to DoD SAFE.
