Services include:
- Unlimited telephone support during normal working hours.
- Unlimited on-site service calls, including FEG source replacement.
- One annual preventative maintenance visit by factory-certified technicians, including calibration, beam alignment, and software updates.
- Minimizing downtime for repairs, with routine calls responded to within 48 hours.
- Submission of written reports for all maintenance and repair work within two business days.
