Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Installing approximately 1,995 lineal feet of commercial-grade, 9-gauge chain-link fence (72-inch, 12-gauge, 2-inch mesh, ASTM A491).
- Installing two 10-foot swing gates, one 5-foot walk-through gate, one 10-foot gate, and one 20-foot gate, along with all associated hardware and appurtenances.
- Removing existing concrete debris and old fencing materials.
- Field verifying exact linear footage prior to cost proposal submission. The objective is to improve security, deter unauthorized access, and ensure a safe environment for employees and equipment at Buildings No. 136 and 137.
