The DRAFT PWS outlines comprehensive environmental services required to ensure Air Force compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations across the four GEMO Air Force Bases. Services include, but are not limited to:

- Environmental Sampling & Analysis
- Air Quality Monitoring & Compliance
- Wastewater & Stormwater Management
- Solid Waste Management
- Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) Management
- Cultural Resources Management
- Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Maintenance

- Anticipated Contract Type: Tasks-Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) with Travel & Materials (T&M) for specific elements.
- Period of Performance: Anticipated 5 years (1 base year + 4 option years), starting September 1, 2026.
- Place of Performance: Ellsworth AFB (SD), Grand Forks AFB (ND), Minot AFB (ND), and Offutt AFB (NE). Long-distance travel is anticipated.
