This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, specifically fencing and materials for SPRO Natural Resources. • Quotation Due Date and Time: Must be received on or before the date and time specified on the SF 1449. Inquiries are due by 5:00 PM Central Time, June 2, 2026.

• Submission Instructions: Quotes must be submitted via email to Crystal Keys (crystal.keys@bia.gov) with the subject line: "Company Name Quote in Response to 140A0326Q0006".

• Quotation Contents: Must include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, address, contact details, RFQ/Quote Number, Quote Date, Pricing), a signed and completed IEE Representation Form (Attachment 2), and DIAR 1452.280-4.

• Pricing must be in FFP format and address all elements of Attachment 1, SPECS.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• The NAICS code is 332618, with a small business size standard of 500 or fewer employees.

• Offerors must be authorized resellers with an active SAM.gov profile.

• Applicable clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference, including FAR and DIAR clauses. Full text is available upon request or electronically via provided links.

• Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

This document outlines the specifications and delivery requirements for a Standard Barbed Wire Fence (SBWF) project.

• Materials Required:
  • Barbed Wire: 12.5 gauge, 2-point, Class I zinc coating, 1320 ft rolls.
  • T-Posts (6 ft): 1.33 lb/ft, heavy duty, certified steel, green. (4800 needed)
  • T-Posts (6 1/2 ft): 1.33 lb/ft, heavy duty, certified steel, green. (1600 needed)
  • Fasteners: Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel T-post clips (640 bags of 50 needed).
• Delivery Requirements:
  • Vendor must provide a representative with a forklift for unloading.
  • The delivery location will not provide a forklift.
  • Deliveries must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
• Specific Delivery Quantities by Agency:
  • BIA-Anadarko Agency: 240 rolls barbed wire, 4800 T-posts (6 ft), 480 bags fasteners.
  • BIA-Pawnee Agency: 80 rolls barbed wire, 1600 T-posts (6 1/2 ft), 160 bags fasteners.
