  • Installation: Setting, leveling, plumbing, and electrical connections for a new AEC GPL07A Packaged Chiller. This involves routing new supply, return, and automatic water make-up lines, adapting piping, and installing a thermal dispersion flow switch.
  • Controls/Testing: Contractor assistance for system-side adjustments and testing, formal startup, and initial inspection.
  • Project Closeout: Final site cleanup, removal of contractor materials, and delivery of O&M manuals, warranties, and project redlines. All work must include transportation, overhead, bonding, insurance, safety oversight, quality control, and supervision.
