Scope of Work

• Uniform application of herbicides and fertilizer.
• Adherence to manufacturer label instructions for mixing, handling, and application.
• Use of certified and licensed applicators with calibrated equipment.
• Prevention of overspray, drift, or runoff.
• Coordination of scheduling with the Government.
• Provision of all necessary equipment, vehicles, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Compliance with EPA, state, local regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
• Submission of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all products used.
• Immediate reporting of spills, misapplications, or environmental incidents.
• Specific products include LATIGO BOLD (or equivalent) HERBICIDE, PATRIOT WDG (or equivalent) HERBICIDE, and LIQUID NITROGEN FERTILIZER.

Contract Details
