• Period of Performance: Delivery is 8 weeks after contract award.

• Delivery Destination: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, 1601 Langley Avenue, Bldg. 542, Philadelphia, PA 19112.

• Proposal submission deadline: 20 May 2026, by 5:00 PM Local Time.

• Quotes can be submitted via email to Zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil. Facsimile quotes are not authorized.

• Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• This RFQ is not a small business set-aside.

• Vendors must submit traceability documentation showing quoted parts are from Glenair or an authorized distributor.

• No substitution of original equipment manufacturer is allowed.
