Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a Firm Fixed Price proposal/quote for a Fiber-Optic Spectrometer and accessories. The award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.

• Fiber-Optic Spectrometer and accessories.

• A completed and signed copy of the "Abbreviated Representations and Certifications" (BSD-CS-2260, dated 03/09/2026) is required.

• Any exceptions to the terms and conditions must be explained, with reasons and alternate solutions identified. Failure to do so implies acceptance of all terms.

• FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies.

• Contract Type Anticipated: Firm Fixed Price.

• Anticipated Subcontract Period of Performance: TBD.

• Proposals are due by 5:00 PM EST on 6/24/2026.

• Proposals must be submitted via email to the Procurement Officer.

• Award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.
