The email subject line must be "Sources Sought, W912CH-25-R-0110, [company and cage]". Responses are voluntary and will not be compensated. Proprietary information should be clearly marked, and a release statement for Army personnel involved in the survey is required. The questionnaire covers:
- Vendor Profile: Company details, CAGE code, POC, business type (including NAICS 314994), and NAICS code appropriateness.
- Nonmanufacturer Rule: Qualifications for small business status.
- Requirement-specific Information: Past government manufacturing experience, ownership, current manufacturing capability, production location, first article testing experience, production lead time, sustainable monthly production rates, current unit price, minimum order quantity/discount thresholds, and quality management system.
