Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• This will be a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Quotes must be valid until August 30, 2026.

• Quote Submission Deadline: July 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST).

• Questions Deadline: June 23, 2026, by 2:00 PM CEST. Questions must be submitted in writing via email.

• Award will be based on "all or none" and best value to the government, considering price and offeror's ability to meet delivery and specification requirements.

• The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to enter discussions.

• Vendors must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be eligible for contract award.

• Please review all attachments thoroughly for further details, including shipping information.

• Bidders must provide terms of their standard warranty with their quote.

• The RFQ includes incorporated provisions and clauses, detailed in Attachment 3.
