These items are required on a brand-name basis, with no substitutions allowed, due to incompatibility with existing government equipment and software, and to avoid increased logistics footprint.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. To be technically acceptable, offerors must quote the specified brand-name items (no substitutions), meet the required delivery date, and have no negative past performance information in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
CMMC Level 2 (Self) is required prior to award, and offerors must provide CMMC unique identifier(s) (CMMC UIDs) from SPRS with their quote.
Quotes must include price, delivery terms, point of contact (name, phone, email), contractor CAGE code, and contractor UIE. Submissions are to be emailed to daniel.w.sanville@navy.mil. SAM registration is required.
Additional Notes
UID tags will be required if unit prices exceed $5,000. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference.
