Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted via email to the ORNL Procurement Officer by the due date. The proposal package should include a Technical Proposal (not exceeding 10 pages, excluding resumes), a Price Proposal, a section for Exceptions/Non-Compliance, Conditions of Proposal/Assumptions, and Supplementary Requirements.
