Scope of Work
FSRs will provide technical support to end-users of ground-based and low-altitude EW/RF systems. This includes training EW officers and individual units on system maintenance and operation. FSRs will be required to travel to customer locations in both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to support missions across all Combatant Commands and other identified Areas of Operation.

Solicitation & Submission
The Government intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis, after exclusion of sources. While the notice will flow to SAM.gov, the actual posting and proposal submission will occur via PIEE.
