Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for comprehensive field sanitation services. Key requirements include:
- Portable Toilets: 119 units, with 1,263 services (every other day).
- Hand Washing Stations: 53 units, with 578 services (every other day).
- Grey Water Tanks: 12 units, with 44 services. Services include pumping, cleaning, and stocking units as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also provide emergency sanitation services, responding within 8 hours for additional cleaning/servicing, relocation of units, or delivery of new units. Relocation of units must also occur within 8 hours of notification.
Performance Requirements
All equipment must be operational by 2100 the day prior to scheduled training. Equipment failures must be repaired within 24 hours. Portable toilets and hand washing stations require servicing every other day. Performance will be evaluated against standards in the PWS, with an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 100% for all services. Contractor employees must comply with installation regulations, carry proper identification, and safeguard Government property.
