This public notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitaiton is being released as a firm-fixed price contract competition.

The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to provide periodic preventative maintenance of vintage equipment used at The Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation, also known as the National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC), in Culpeper, Virginia. The contractor shall provide annual maintenance services, ad hoc repairs, remote support and troubleshooting, and spare parts ordering for the NAVCC film preservation equipment. This equipment is both historical and contemporary. The contractor shall provide qualified technicians to perform these maintenance and repair services, in accordance with the requirements of the contract. This contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for at least three Ordering Periods with a possibility of up to five Ordering Periods.

Please note that the Library of Congress is holding an optional site visit during the solicitation period. See Section L of the Request for Quote for more information. Questions are due in writing via email no later than 12/16/2025 at 5:00 PM eastern time. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation.

Responses are due no later than 01/09/2026 at 5:00 PM eastern time.
