This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for DLA Maritime – Pearl Harbor, seeking prices for DUST COLLECTOR FILTERS. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• Item: FILTER, DUST COLLECTOR (Part No. FN3777F)

• Quantity: 168 Each (EA)

• Description: Dust collector filter cartridge, fire retardant, cylindrical, 42 required per machine for Pacific Industrial HF Series Cartridge Dust Collector B2055-1.

• Hazardous Materials: Bidders must indicate if the item contains hazardous materials (MSDS required if yes).

• Minimum Order Quantity & Quantity Breaks: Bidders must specify if applicable.

• FOB Terms: Destination

• Estimated Delivery to Pearl Harbor: Must be specified in Calendar Days ARO.

• Government Required Delivery Date (RDD): April 10, 2026. Offers not meeting or exceeding this RDD may be considered non-responsive, and award may be made to the LPTA offeror with the soonest delivery.

• Payment Terms: Net 30 after inspection and acceptance. Discount terms can be specified. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is the preferred method of payment.

• Quote Due Date: March 4, 2026, 12:00 PM HST.

• Vendor Registration: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotations will be evaluated based on TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY, DELIVERY, and PRICE.

• Award: The government intends to make a single award without discussions.

• 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• Offerors must complete all vendor information, business size, and representations.

• Shipping costs must be included in the Unit Price.

• Final inspection will be at Destination.

• DFARS Buy American Act provisions apply based on dollar thresholds.

• Numerous FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference, including those related to SAM registration, commercial items, small business programs, and Buy American.
