Submission Requirements

Respondents must submit a Capability Statement (1-5 pages) addressing:

  1. Company Overview: Experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and analytics systems, especially with federal agencies.
  2. Relevant Experience: Implementation/support of financial systems, federal financial management standards, and examples of deployed solutions.
  3. Service Capabilities: Technical support, system maintenance, user assistance, core financial functions support, and integration capabilities.
  4. Technology and Integration: Data handling/security, mobile app updates, integration into USCP systems, analytics dashboards, and customization.
  5. Deployment and Support: Integration/deployment speed, concept of operations, required personnel, change management, and training.

Responses should be emailed to blake.bynum.ctr@uscp.gov with the file named " RFI number ". Downselected vendors will be invited for a 75-minute demonstration.

Special Requirements

  • Solution must be FedRAMP authorized.
  • Deployable within Microsoft Azure GovCloud.
  • Compliance with OMB A-11, A-123, FISMA, and USCP internal policies.
  • Support for multi-year tracking, oversight dashboards, GAO/OIG needs, predictive modeling, and bidirectional payroll sync.
