Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish a single award contract for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) to provide an electronic subscription service of financial data. This service will support the continued surveillance of Ginnie Mae's issuers and financial counterparties, aiding in the monitoring of their financial health and risk management.

• Provide comprehensive financial content including:
  • Financial news and analysis
  • Reviews of domestic and global banks
  • Financial industry data
  • Annual and quarterly regulatory filings
  • Bank performance and peer analytics
  • Earnings reports
  • Announcements and investor presentations
• Deliver a U.S. Bank Regulatory Custom Data Feed.
• Content will be delivered online as an electronic financial subscription service.
• Specific services include:
  • RatingsDirect®: Comprehensive credit risk view via S&P's Capital IQ Pro, covering over 9,500 issuers and 79,000 securities globally, with access to market data and credit risk indicators.
  • S&P Capital IQ Pro: Proprietary news, research, text-based content, filings, earnings-call transcripts, broker research, news, and the SNL Financial Institutions Regulatory dataset for detailed financials and regulatory capital analysis.
  • RatingsXpress®: Access to S&P Global Ratings data for issuers and fixed income issues, categorized by asset class, global issuers, international public finance, and government entities.
  • A one-time comprehensive history of S&P Global's ratings on all corporate and structured finance issues.
