- Ensuring territorial coverage within a 45-minute drive for 90% of the population in the continental United States, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
- Maintaining a minimum 95% acceptance rate for submissions by DCSA, with re-capture at no cost for unacceptable prints.
