Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for the repair and maintenance of various fire and detection systems at DAFB. This includes:
- System Maintenance: Functional operation tests and corrective maintenance for CO2/NO detection, kitchen hood fire suppression, and automatic fire alarm systems.
- System Details: DAFB primarily uses Monaco D-21 Central Dispatching systems, with an inventory including 2,116 smoke detectors, 2,262 heat detectors, 834 pull stations, 397 duct detectors, and 159 alarm panels.
- Response Times: Respond to service requests within 24 hours for assessment, schedule work within 48 hours, and provide emergency services within 4 hours.
- Equipment Capability: Capable of providing replacement parts, maintenance, and programming for Simplex, Monaco, Notifier, and Edwards fire alarm control units.

Special Requirements
