  • Hardware: Delivery and installation of Premise Control Units (PCUs), uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), panel batteries, laser jet printer, duplex badge printer, magnetic locks (600 or 1200 lb.), electric strikes, Passive Infrared Request Exits (REX), emergency overrides, and push buttons.
  • Software: A server/computer system (Windows 10 minimum) with software capable of displaying independent alarm activations, remote door unlocking, administrator-defined roles/permissions, programmable unlock schedules (min. 25 doors), varying access levels (Level I: swipe, Level II: swipe + PIN), reporting capabilities, and support for Wiegand card bits (26, 32, 48).
  • Access Control Cards: Proximity cards compatible with current base-wide systems and HID readers (26-bit, Format H10301), ability to read Government-issued Common Access Cards (CAC), provision of 200 proximity cards, and installation of 10 Level II card readers (swipe with keypad) plus 2 spares.
  • Compliance: The system must be FIPS and NIST compliant with AES 128 or 256-bit encryption. Integration testing with the fire alarm panel for magnetic locks is required.
  • Training: Provide training for up to 10 personnel on ACS programming and badge usage.
